We are seeking a skilled Rhino Lining Bed-Liner Applicator to join our team. The Rhino Lining Applicator will be responsible for applying spray-on protective coatings to a variety of surfaces including truck beds, trailers, parts, and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and have experience in automotive or industrial coatings. Job Title: Rhino Lining Applicator
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mount Zion Offroad, Dover, PA

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for coating application by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
• Apply Rhino Lining coatings in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish
• Keep work area clean and organized, and properly dispose of hazardous materials
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues to management
• Monitor inventory levels of Rhino Lining products and report to management when supplies are low • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the finished product

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in automotive or industrial coatings preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
