Job Title: Automotive Customer Experience Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mount Zion Offroad, Dover, PA
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and communicate effectively to determine their needs
- Review work orders to ensure accurate and complete information
- Create estimates and quotes for parts and services
- Schedule appointments for customers and follow up on service progress
- Provide customers with updates on their vehicles’ progress and estimated completion times
- Ensure that all paperwork is accurate and complete
- Maintain detailed records of customer information, service history, and vehicle information
- Work with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage parts inventory and ensure that parts are ordered & received
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must Be a Jeep, Truck 4×4 Enthusiast
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicles and parts
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
