Job Title: Automotive Customer Experience Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mount Zion Offroad, Dover, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and communicate effectively to determine their needs
  • Review work orders to ensure accurate and complete information
  • Create estimates and quotes for parts and services
  • Schedule appointments for customers and follow up on service progress
  • Provide customers with updates on their vehicles’ progress and estimated completion times
  • Ensure that all paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Maintain detailed records of customer information, service history, and vehicle information
  • Work with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage parts inventory and ensure that parts are ordered & received
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must Be a Jeep, Truck 4×4 Enthusiast
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicles and parts
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
